The stable operation of the equipment relies on daily inspection and maintenance. Before the shift, check the feed inlet to remove iron wires and hard foreign objects to avoid damaging the rack and scrapers; clean the rola and dust rods of cotton fibers every day, clear the dust removal air ducts to prevent dust accumulation and fire. Regularly add lubricating oil to the bearings, control the temperature rise of the bearings within 65°C, calibrate the distance between the scrapers and the rola, and keep the error within 0.1mm to ensure uniform opening. In terms of operation norms, the startup sequence is to turn on the dust removal fan first, then start the main unit; maintain continuous and uniform feeding to avoid blockage and stuck operation. Conduct weekly maintenance of dust filter bags and metal detection devices, which can not only extend the service life of the equipment but also reduce production hazards such as dust exceeding standards and equipment failures.
