The opening machine is a core equipment in the pre-processing of textile and recycled fiber manufacturing. It mainly completes three basic processes: fiber loosening, impurity removal, and material mixing. It splits the compacted and packaged raw cotton, chemical fiber scraps, and waste fabrics into loose fiber bundles. The equipment is classified by purpose into single-roller coarse opening, multi-roller fine opening, and specialized models for recycled materials. The single-roller model has an output capacity of approximately 500 kg/h and is mainly used for raw material rough processing; the multi-roller model performs graded opening and controls the fiber damage rate within 3%. The application covers three major fields: pre-treatment of cotton and wool spinning, production of non-woven fabric filled with cotton, and resource recovery of waste textiles. After opening, the edge and waste materials of clothing and home textiles can be processed and regenerated into new cotton, which is in line with the policy of solid waste recycling and is a necessary equipment for the recycled textile industry.
