Application of the opening machine: Due to the wide variety of spinning raw materials, the fiber properties and impurities contained in them are different, the opening process of the raw materials is also different. In cotton spinning, the opening of raw cotton is an independent process, which is carried out on the opening and cleaning combined machine. When the raw cotton is opened, it produces additional functions such as mixing, impurity removal, and dust removal. In wool spinning, the opening of the raw wool is often combined with scouring, drying, and wool, and the combined open-washing-drying machine and the wool-weaving machine are used. In silk spinning, the opening and removal of fine dry cotton are carried out in the process of making cotton.
The opening quality of various fiber raw materials is mainly determined by the process, and different process principles should be adopted for different raw materials. For example, when processing raw cotton in cotton spinning, the process principles of loosening first, beating later, more loosening and less returning, reasonable blow, and early falling and less breakage are adopted. When processing chemical short fibers or medium and long fibers, since the chemical fiber raw materials are relatively fluffy, do not contain impurities, and only contain a small amount of fiber defects, the process principle of more combing, less beating, less removal and more recycling is adopted. Combine the opening and cleaning machinery and the configuration process according to the principle. Raw materials that are too tightly packaged, contain water or contain too much impurities, generally should be pre-treated. Tight-packed raw materials should be pre-opened, or unpacked first to allow sufficient time to naturally loosen; raw materials with too much water should be dried before opening to improve the opening effect of the raw materials.
